Dear Hellobox users, We are changing our LCODE and scam+ delivery process. Earlier when you used to place orders for lcode or hcam+ then after the order is completed you would get an email from us that had information about LCODE or HCAM+. But now you will not get any email from us. Whenever you place an order, we will complete your order in our system and as soon as your order status will appear COMPLETED, after that, you have to scan qrcode of your set-top box from the DvbFinder application (Available in the Google Play Store) and your lcode will be shown on your mobile screen. Similarly, when you place an order for scam +, after that when the status of your order will appear COMPLETED, after that you will be able to see the validity of scam+ by restarting your satellite receiver.
